Conflict Management Professional Development Workshop

In this engaging, interactive session, participants will gain the confidence and skills they need to productively manage conflict in the workplace.
The session begins with a discussion about the external and internal factors that can cause conflicts during projects (e.g. inflation, family issues etc.).
